Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HaveWe ("the App"), developed by Hero Apps. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the App
HaveWe is a household inventory tool that helps you track which items you currently have at home and which you need to restock, organized by category. In its current version, the App operates entirely on your device, without user accounts or cloud syncing.
2. Eligibility
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a household or family, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate use by anyone else accessing your device.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of any information you enter into the App (item names, categories, and any optional details). Since this data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing it up if desired. Hero Apps is not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstalling the App, device damage, device loss, or operating system issues beyond our control.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App, except where permitted by applicable law
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or attempt unauthorized access to any systems related to the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, logo, and underlying code, is the property of Hero Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond your personal use of the App as intended.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hero Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data (such as your item list) or any inconvenience resulting from relying on information shown in the App.
8. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, including introducing new features (such as optional household-sharing or account-based functionality in future versions). Where such changes involve new data practices, we will update our Privacy Policy accordingly in advance.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Hero Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
